Ali holds a Diploma in Remedial Therapy and Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy at Q Academy. He also has practised as a pharmacist - holding a Master's qualification.

As a qualified Myotherapist he provides evidence-informed assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal pain and associated conditions. Ali is expertly trained in a wide range of orthopaedic, neurological and functional testing to gain a thorough understanding of a patient’s physical state.

His training and expertise includes Physiokey therapy, soft tissue therapy, musculoskeletal assessment, trigger point therapy, muscle tension,
muscle imbalance, mobility exercise, muscle energy techniques, neck pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, and increasing mobility in clients suffering from past injuries and elderly patients with painful, worn joints.
 
He is a skilful communicator who listens to and understands the needs of his clients. He uses this information to develop and implement a personalised treatment plan. Follow up communication after treatment is always pursued to see how the client's condition has improved.
