Lidia is a highly motivated and progress-focused Remedial Therapist with a long standing background including a Degree in Physiotherapy.

Lidia has years of experience with musculoskeletal rehabilitation and manual therapy, which is her passion. During her trajectory she has always had interest in body movement, biomechanical, sports injuries and exercises prescription.

As a Remedial Therapist Lidia has an integrated approach using a wide range of techniques to treat musculoskeletal dysfunction, improve mobility and strength, provide pain relief and guidance to not only treat, but also prevent injuries and improve quality of life.

Lidia is an enthusiastic student, she keeps up to date by participating in seminars, workshops and doing courses to provide the most assertive assessment and treatment.
Some of the techniques she uses are: Myofascial release, Trigger points technique, Joint mobilization, Neural mobilization, Lymphatic Drainage, Dry needling, Cuppings and exercises prescription.
